I am a mystic, energy healer, and space holder devoted to conscious endings and powerful beginnings.
My work lives at the intersection of the spiritual and the practical. I support women and families through transition — whether that is clearing a home before it is sold, releasing the energetic residue of a relationship, reclaiming feminine power, or reconnecting to the body’s wisdom through energy healing.
I offer house blessings and sacred releases, including gentle psychopomp work when needed, to restore harmony to spaces and guide lingering energies onward with dignity. I facilitate energy healing sessions that help regulate the nervous system, clear emotional stagnation, and reconnect you to your grounded, embodied self. I also lead women’s circles and teachings focused on sovereignty, discernment, and awakening from oppressive patterns into self-leadership.
My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I do not position myself as the authority over your life. I act as a conduit — listening beneath the surface, attuning to subtle shifts, and helping you close what needs closing so you can step fully into what is next.
This work is about sovereignty.

It is about restoring right relationship — with your home, your body, your lineage, and your future.

My Journey
My journey into this work was not sudden. It unfolded through years of seeking, breaking, remembering, and rebuilding.
I have been trained in shamanic and healing traditions and was blessed to spend time learning from Lakota and Ojibwa elders. From them, I learned reverence for the land, the importance of humility, and the responsibility that comes with spiritual work. I was taught that ceremony is not performance — it is relationship. That the unseen world is not something to control, but something to approach with integrity and listening.
My own spiritual awakening was not glamorous. It came through upheaval, grief, relationship endings, and a profound unraveling of the life I thought I was supposed to live. There were seasons of confusion, deep nervous system activation, and radical reorientation. What felt like collapse was actually initiation.
Through that awakening, I began to understand energy not as concept but as lived experience — in the body, in homes, in lineage, in systems of oppression, in collective grief. I learned to trust intuitive knowing while staying grounded. I learned that sovereignty and softness can coexist.
Today, my work is shaped by both formal training and lived initiation. I carry deep respect for the traditions that influenced me, while honoring my responsibility to walk in authenticity rather than imitation.
My path has been one of remembering — remembering my body, my voice, my boundaries, my connection to land and spirit.
And it is from that lived remembering that I now hold space for others.
